NEEDS STATEMENT/TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for critical care nurses, emergency physicians, general surgeons, hematologists, hospitalists, and hospital administrators who manage heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:


ACCREDITATION
The France Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION
The France Foundation designates each educational activity for a maximum of 0.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
